Byline: Jean Claude was introduced to Argentine Tango 40 years ago and was trained in Rosario, Argentina, by the late Orlando Paiva, universally considered by the Argentine Tango masters, such as Juan Carlos Copes, as the model of elegance in the Argentine Tango. To quote the mesmerized Argentine Tango aficionado, Robert Duvall, as he sat watching Paiva (who portrayed himself in the critically-acclaimed movie 'Assassination Tango,' filmed in Buenos Aires): “Elegante!”

It's time for May classes. We have a few changes... check it out...

TUESDAYS in May (5th, 12th, 19th, 26th)

7pm - Salsa/Rueda Beginner/Intermediate - all levels are welcome! We cover the basics of cuban-style salsa and rueda.

$10 per class or $35 for the month. Ask about student discounts.

Drop-ins are welcomed for the first week of the month but we need a minimum of 7 students enrolled to continue with this class for the month. Please register in advance on the website - we are now offering paypal for advance payment as well.

Mezclave (www.myspace.com/mezclave) is playing at Coach's Brewhouse (next door to Coach's restaurant - 110 W Main St) in Norman. Join Sarah for a salsa lesson and social dancing. Doors open at 10pm. $5 cover.
